Our scenic five-acre estate and Central New York Bed and Breakfast surrounded by acres of rolling country-side contains the main house for what was formerly known as Peelle Farms of Rock Stream.  Built in 1927 by John W. Peelle for his family, the fashionable three story brick house is still one of the largest single family residences in the area and the perfect Finger Lake NY Inn , near to the regions winery country.
